Be honest, who else had to look up the meaning of the word effigy the first time they read the lyrics? How the hell he comes up with this shit, I'll never know. He's always saying something that just goes right over my head. o.o Intelligence and a willingness to learn, children. We all need a bit more of it.

Seeing as I'm supposed to be honest, then I have go say that I've been reading the word 'effigy' over and over again on Green Day posts for about a month, and I've went 'What the hell?' every time. I just looked it up right now, and I'm a fan. x) Nice word.
